FAQS

The purpose of SRT is "...to place you in conscious contact with your divine self, and to harmonize every aspect of your being." Robert E Detzler

What is SRT?

Spiritual Response Therapy is the utilization of our connection to Spirit/Source in conjunction with the use of a pendulum and specific charts that access the Akashic Records to identify blocks and experiences within the subconscious and superconscious which may cause difficulties on your current life path. Our goal is to clear the blocks so you may experience this life with positivity and neutrality, sending you forth to continue your soul's journey with success.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for a healing session?

All you really need is an open mind and heart. When working, our intention is to be a clear and neutral channel for Spirit/Source. Having this in mind it's best to avoid any illicit drugs or alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to a session. This is not a requirement, rather a suggestion to reduce the amount of dense energy within prior to the session which may take extra time to research and clear.

What can I expect in a healing session?

Energy work affects everyone differently. Most people report feeling a sense of lightness after a session. Some people experience tingles to various parts of the body, others feel waves of emotion. Your body is adjusting and releasing as your mind and spirit reconcile the shifts and changes made from within.

What should I do after a session?

Self love! I always encourage my clients to be sweet to themselves after any type of energy work. Your body will be processing just as much as your mind and spirit so it is important to treat it well. For at least 24 hours after a session I recommend you eat clean, avoid illicit drugs and alcohol, take Epsom salt baths, drink lemon water or hot herbal teas, and get some rest!
