Becoming Your Own Self-Healer

The Becoming Your Own Self-Healer Mentorship Program is designed to meet you where you are on your Self-Healing journey. 

The sessions are designed to utilize your already existing knowledge and gifts, expand and broaden the spectrum in which you heal, and provide formalized training and structure around working with these and newly uncovered gifts.

The Mentorship is broken into four levels: The Basics, Intermediate Skills, Advanced Practice, and The Practitioner. As this is meant to meet you where you are, the time spent in each of these segments is determined by your own personal needs and desires for expansion. No need to “complete” all levels, just know they are there for you if and whenever you’re ready. 

There is no pre-determined “end” to the program or a rush to complete assignments or keep up. We work together at the pace that is right for you, until you are in a space where you feel confident in your own gifts and abilities.

The structure and content provided is based off of my own years of training, certifications, research and practical experiences working with energy. This is by no means an end-all/be-all program to train you in “all things Spiritual” or to be just like me. This is a combination of education, guidance and training to help you discover and expand the ways in which your gifts are most comfortably and effectively applied to your life, activating the Self-Healer at the highest level.

The program is offered in person if you are near the Oceanside, CA area, and virtually if that works better for you.

The Basics:

• Thought/Belief System Alignment 
• Meditation as a Tool to Connect to Higher Self and Spirit Guides
• Utilizing a Pendulum as a Tool to Connect to Spiritual Committees and Spirit
• Reiki 1 Certification or Refresh

Intermediate Skills:

• Clearing energy
• Healing with Spirit Guides and Committees
• Reading your own Akashic Records
• Chakra Healing & Balancing

Advanced Practice:

• Conversations with your Soul
• Inner Child Healing
• Integrating the Shadow-Self
• Soul Contracts, Soul Family & Ancestors

Practitioner:

• Holding Space for the Self and Others
• Observing without Judgment
• Reiki 2 Certification or Refresh
• Healing the Akashic Records

*This structure is provided as an example of the ways we move through different levels of self-awareness and self-healing. As the program is curated specifically for you, there may be elements of other levels that we bring in, or we may move seemingly “out of order” based on your own personal needs.
